 VACANCY: CIVIC & CEREMONIAL MANAGER   We have a vacancy for a CIVIC & CEREMONIAL MANAGER   15 hours per week SCP 19 (£18,746 pro rata)  Applications are invited for the post of Civic and Ceremonial Manager. This post manages and organises all corporate and civic functions for the Town Council.
